The Meeting Organizer helps you to organize you meeting effectively with all the necessary elements.

Along with Meeting Details like Title, Date, Venue you can track the below details with an intuitive interface,

- Meeting Agendas
- Meeting Attendees
- Meeting Tasks
- Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Meeting Documents
When you choose to View a meeting, the summary of all the agendas, attendees, tasks, minutes & documents are shown which is handy to know the meeting details without getting into each screen.

| Meeting DocumentsThe Meeting Documents in your Pocket PC can be linked to the meeting record.
The Documents are shown with their own icon (for example a Pocket Word document will be shown with file icons used by Pocket Word in your Pocket PC). You can directly open & edit the documents from within the Meeting Organizer without having to go to File Explorer. |
